1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the "Intick: To-Do List & Reminders" app (hereafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&C). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
2. User Eligibility

3. License

5. User Conduct
While using the App, you agree to:

6. Subscription Plans and In-App Purchases
The App offers subscription plans with various features and durations. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
Subscription fees will be charged to your Google account upon confirmation of your purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from Play Store settings.
No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods.
Intick is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by others using your account.
7. Content Ownership
Any content you create or upload within the App remains your property. However, by using the App, you grant Intick a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely to provide and improve the App.
8. Termination
Intick reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these T&Cs.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these T&Cs will be resolved through arbitration by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Rules of Arbitration. The arbitration will take place in Surat, India, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
10. Changes to Terms and App
Intick may update or change these T&Cs and the App at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review the T&C periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
11. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided "as is," and Intick makes no warranties or representations about its accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. You use the App at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
Intick will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
